The Kyiv School of Public Administration named after Serhiy Nyzhnyy (KSPA), the State Tax University of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine (STU), PGA, and the Harvard Club of Ukraine are organising a bilingual Ukrainian-English teleconference on "Ukraine's Approach to Monitoring and Evaluation in Problem-Driven Iterative Adaptation".

Head of the National Agency on Corruption Prevention (NACP) in 2020-2024. In 2016 and 2018, he filed in court the indictments against an organisation that had falsified the results of the Ukrainian Centre for Educational Quality Assessment
OLEKSANDR NOVIKOV
Lecturer at the State Tax University, M&E Specialist at MEASURE Project of the US Department of State, a member of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in 2022-2023, holds two masters degrees - at the State University of New York and MBA in Maastricht
Acting Rector of the State Tax University of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine, alum of the Joint Vienna Institute (IMF and partners) and a long-standing taxation specialist at the Ministry of Finance.
