The educational-professional course "STATEBUILDER: THE PATH TO STATE RESTORATION" began early Monday morning. After registration and breakfast in the Kyiv School of Public Administration (KSPA), participants dived into the first day of an intense learning program.
Each of our speakers emphasized the importance of leadership and the ability to serve the state.
The second day was dedicated to how the state is structured. Throughout the day, participants discussed topics such as smart bureaucracy, the intricacies of the parliamentary process, Ukraine's role and position in geopolitical processes, Ukraine's system of checks and balances, and why the youth should pursue careers in public service.
The third day of the educational-professional course was focused on structural reforms.
Throughout the day, the following topics were covered: Ukraine's judicial system, public service reform, changes in the healthcare system, the current state, achievements, and goals of military reform, as well as the activities of the State Bureau of Investigation and anti-corruption agencies. The day concluded with a screening and group discussion of the film "Independence 30: Where There Is No Us.»
During the fourth and fifth days of the educational-professional course "Statebuilder: The Path to State Restoration," participants delved into the realities of public administration and business by visiting key state institutions and the offices of leading companies.
The final stage of the program "Statebuilder: The Path to State Restoration" was dedicated to topics of Ukrainian national identity and the activities of non-governmental organizations.
On the seventh day of the educational-professional course, participants received their diplomas, concluding a very intense educational program organized by the Ministry of Youth and Sports of Ukraine and the All-Ukrainian Youth Center.
The program is implemented by the Ukrainian Students League and the Kyiv School of Public Administration named after S. Nyzhnyy with the support of the MHP-Community Foundation, GIZ Ukraine and NDI Ukraine.
